FamilyTwo names are often linked to him as brothers: Undius Kogoya (said to lead Kodap VIII Soanggama, Intan Jaya) and Ipe Kogoya; both were reported dead in October 2025, and reporting confirms only that Ipe was Undius's younger brother, not Egianus's. Position / RoleInstalled as commander of Kodap III Ndugama-Darakma (TPNPB-OPM) on 16 October 2018. The first attack attributed to him: December 2017 (killing of a Trans-Papua road worker in Mugi District).
Latest Legal StatusOn the Papua police list of 16 wanted people after the Susi Air burning (2023). As of October 2026 he has never faced trial, no official police photograph has been released, and no bounty is offered; the widely circulated Rp5 billion figure was money the government prepared, not a demand by the group.
