A former soldier who left his unit on 17 December 2021 and joined the armed Kodap III Ndugama group led by Egianus Kogoya. Police name him as a mastermind of the massacre of civilians in Nogolait village, Nduga, on 16 July 2022. No public report says he was killed — he remains at large.
